Where are you based? Where do you ship from?

Our fast-growing company is based in Germany. Our manufracturer and warehouse are located in China. In our warehouse the quality of our products is checked on a regular basis and also before the shipment, so that only products that meet our standards are sent to our customers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. Here are the exact delivery times for each country:
USA: 7 - 25 business days
UK: 10 - 25 business days
Australia: 10 - 25 business days
Canada: 10 - 25 business days
Western Europe: 10 - 30 business days.
Rest of world: 10 - 40 business days.

International shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and DHL tracking may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take longer than the information above states. If it's been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

On which days do you ship orders?

We process orders from Monday to Saturday 7:00 am - 22:00 pm. Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order.
You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.

I have severe neck issues. Can I use the Neck Traction Device?

You should avoid cervical traction if you have:

  • rheumatoid arthritis
  • postsurgery hardware such as screws in your neck
  • a recent fracture or injury in the neck area
  • a known tumor in the neck area
  • a bone infection
  • issues or blockages with vertebral or carotid arteries
  • osteoporosis
  • cervical instability
  • spinal hypermobility

If you are affected by the above or other serious neck problems, please make sure you always seek medical advice before using the Neck Traction Device.

Can I use the Device on the plane or other long journeys?

You can use NeckStraight's Neck Traction Device on long jouneys under the following exceptions:

1. Do not use the product for more than 30 minutes in a highly inflated condition. For a neck pillow effect, you can slightly inflate the air reservoirs for a supportive but not neck stretching effect.

2. Be aware of the resulting air pressure when the plane takes off. If you have inflated the product before taking off, the air reservoirs could be damaged and start to leak.

How long do I use NeckStraight™? How much should I inflate the device?

Click here to view a detailed Step-By-Step Tutorial on how to use our Neck Traction Device! For very good results, we recommend using the device 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes a session.
It should be inflated until the chin and head rests on the device, giving relaxation to the muscles in the cervical region.
On average 80-100 pumps are enough to have a relaxing and relieving effect.

How do I clean NeckStraight™?

The device cannot be washes in the washing machine but you can clean the inflated device with a warm liquid soap cloth, rinse it with warm water and air dry.

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 60 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:
Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
